Really, really impressed, i have been with this insurance company for many years the staff are always polite, friendly and very efficient. really quick and easy!

I've had pet insurance for years but never had to claim before recently. I was surprised how easy it was, after getting receipts and my claim sorted it was all smooth from there and I received the full amount claimed. very happy! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

I have 9 cats insured on the Complete Policy, each cat is covered for up to £15,000 a year vet fees, and the monthly premium is extremely reasonable. You get a multi-pet discount for adding extra pets to your policy (rather than taking out a separate policy for each pet). The online claims forms are straightforward, and if you need to phone customer services about anything, the calls are answered in a timely manner, and the customer service person is always polite and very efficient. Sensibly priced cover

Having read Which reviews we went insured with you. Our pup had a poorly tummy and we used the included chat to the vet online. Really happy with the advice and outcome. Very reassuring. We eventually established a grain intolerance. A change of food and a happy healthy dog and a much relieved owner.
