Excellent service and compassion!

Changed to this company from a previous well known one! Our dog later had a tumour that had to be removed. Many Pets made the claim really easy to do and correspondence with them showed that they actually cared about the health of our dog. She is now fine; however, I cannot express how Many Pets ensured that we would not have a problem with the claim process which obviously reduced our anxiety regarding our dog's treatment! Thank-you ! Haven’t had to make a claim as yet but I believe that Many Pets Insurance is very efficient and caring. This Insurance, unlike many others, offer other services to their clients such as advice and vet care. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Very quick and smooth with unexpected outcome

Our IWS Crecy had to be put to sleep earlier this year. From first contacting Many Pets to having our claim processed with vet and premium updated was a matter of days. The unexpected outcome was that because Crecy was under nine years old we automatically also received her original purchase price which has now brought us Chloe, a very different but equally loved minature poodle. One of my dogs has had two major operations within a year costing quite a bit of money and each time the service has been amazing. Would definitely recommend. Cover is more exactly what we need and cheaper than other insurers who offer less cover. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

I have 3 pets insured with many pets and have, unfortunately had to make a few claims. The claims process is so simple, easy and they’ve been excellent at paying up quickly.
