I have been lucky enough that I have not needed to claim on my insurance yet! However I was so impressed with the customer service I received when I called to say that my dog had been neutered some months previously but I hadn’t remembered to notify them. They asked me to provide the documentation to prove it & once I had my premium was not only lowered but they refunded me the difference of the back dated months! We have had our beagle x insured with Many Pets since we got him. He had an unfortunate incident in January which resulted in emergency surgery, a traumatic time for us all. The process to claim could not have been easier and I had the money back in a few days. Took some of the stress away. There may be cheaper out there but you only get what you pay for. There, when you need them the most

There's a whole army of pet insurers out there, so where do you start? Finding the cheapest is one way, but sadly can all too often cause you even more distress, fighting "the man" to pay for, or be reimbursed for, the cover you genuinely believed you had paid for. Not at all the case with Many Pets. Although not the cheapest, we have had to claim three time in the past 18 months for separate issues that our family dog has endured. Simple claim process, reimbursed very quickly without any issues at all, as it should be! Thank you Many Pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
