Nothing but praise for Many Pets. The cover they offer is exceptional and allows you to choose The level of protection you want. Their online system works extremely well and a recent claim I needed to make was paid immediately. Always recommend this company. Simple, easy, a reassuring comfort when in times of stress

I have a chocolate lab who has got himself in trouble a few times over his love of eating... Everything he shouldn't it feels like. Having the knowledge that manypets has my back in times of great stress and worry, and I don't need to worry about money or being able to afford the treatment or choose riskier options. The last time was late at night, my partner submitted the claim on her phone in the vets waiting room, and we received payment the following morning. Many pets don't seem like others we have had to make three claims now and they were paid very quickly no issues at all one had to be paid to a vets 400 miles from us and again this was super fast no hassle and extremely helpful to us cannot fault our payments went up and after a conversation with a lovely agent our payments went back to the same as before with slightly less coverage but still more than enough cannot fault one bit thank you many pets it's our third year with them. Have had to make 2 claims and both experiences were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. I've used both the online process and telephone process to make claims and both have been very smooth. With regular updates along the way. The additional benefit of being able to access a vet by video call has been invaluable. Great service, would happily recommend.
