We have claimed for our little pug, Sebastian a few times for minor things (thankfully). The staff have always been friendly, informative and made the whole process stress free. Excellent In Every Way

Many Pets Pet Insurance was easy and simple to arrange. The Customer Service is excellent - friendly and professional. The website is easy to navigate. There are no hidden costs, everything is clear and straight forward. The cover is superb, and again, clear and easy to understand. Prices amazing too. I have never made a claim, but I feel sure that it would be promptly and fairly dealt with. Easy, Simple and Honest

My dog Vinnie as a pup got Gardia which was unknown to us at the time. We accessed the 24/7 vet line provided and had a video consultation with a vet given Vinnie fell poorly over Christmas and bank holidays. After we got Vinnie to the vets given Many Pets did direct claim for his hospital stay and treatment, it was very easy and simple with communication so effective. The website is great to track claim and was paid swiftly. I would recommend Many Pets to all, our experience has been very positive and we certainly will be staying with Many Pets!
