After years with a well known name in pet insurance we switched to what is now Many Pets due to the saving in monthly cost and the rating by Which. Contact with Many Pets is straightforward and we hope that if and when we make a claim we will continue to find it so. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Helpful, friendly staff

I had occasion to claim when my young dog hurt herself. I had never claimed from insurance before but the people from Many pets could not have been more kind and helpful. They were clear in what information I needed to provide them, they were extremely efficient in handling and settling the claim, all of which meant a weight ff my mind. Thank you all.
