They make it easy

This is the best pet insurance by a country mile. They make it easy, the customer dashboard is simple to navigate and claims are acknowledged within 24 hours and paid within a week. I have used the 24/7 free videos call which have been so helpful as a first time pet owner. The one time we needed to go into a vet out of hours after sending the invoice over using there simple form I was paid the next day.
