Easy to make a claim, no fuss!

This is the easiest insurance company I've been with for any kind of insurance for making a claim. They even pay out within a day and they have UK call centres - a big plus. I'd recommend them for their low prices as well, especially in these days of soaring costs. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

My 3 years old sprocker has had kidney problems for the past 2 years and has had several visits to the vets including specialist centres, i have claimed from many pets every time, without my policy I would be having to make some very difficult choices on the affordability of keeping my wonderful girl alive. I have always received outstanding customer service and making a claim is very simple. I couldn’t recommend many pets enough. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Fantastic stress free service

I have 4 miniature Dachshunds all with lifetime insurance via many pets, with regret I have had to claim for 3 ivdd surgerys from them, they have been excellent ,many pets team made it as simple and as stress free as possible to claim.
