Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quick & helpful.

We have a Saint Bernard cross dog. We were quoted silly insurance prices else where. Many pets were cheaper. And when I have claimed, payment was made in 24 hours. We have peace of mind. Which is great, with 50kg puppy zoomies! Thank you many pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

We have never felt so well looked after!

Many pets have been brilliant. They are a very reasonable price, cover all 3 of our dogs and when our puppy had an unfortunate accident with a stick they didn’t hesitate. Very simple process and they helped us our straight away. I have since recommended to each of my siblings and my mother, who now all insure their dogs with many pets too :) great service!
