Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Impressive Insurer

Many Pets provides an exceptional customer experience with an easy to use app plus fantastic benefits. We have had our four legged friend for 18 months and I was recommended to use Many Pets. From joining to then making subsequent claims (both kitkats and bubble gum are not a dog’s best friend!) we have found their service both friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their advisors are extremely supportive when you pose questions and quick to respond. The claim process is slick and informative. The added benefit of being able to speak to an online vet is a bonus and ‘sold’ us to choose them as our insurer. Being able to ask for help 24/7 is so important and having their support along the way provides peace of mind. We would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great service, and easy to claim

We had a £1000 claim for our rescue dog. The claim was paid in full, with no hassle. Customer service is brilliant, and the staff are always friendly. We’ve also used the free online vet a few times, and have found it to be really helpful. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

What a great insurance company. Best out of them all. Actually care about your circumstances and have always provided honesty and trustworthy information. Customer service are fantastic, set up of my account was straightforward. Had to claim once for my dog and the process was very straightforward and I was kept updated throughout!
