Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic

I’ve been insured with many pets for 3 years with 3 different animals and have nothing bad to say! Premiums are very reasonable for the cover they provide, customer service is fantastic and all claims have been settled quickly and easily. I really cannot speak highly enough of many pets! Very responsive when dealing with claims

I’ve had insurance for a long time and was doubting myself as to do i really need it, then one night my worst nightmare came true and my dog was rushed to the emergency vet with blood in his vomit, manypets were so quick with their response to my claim regarding vet fees. Answered any enquires i had along the way and communicated exactly where my claim was at each stage. Peace of mind and economical

Quick sympathetic service

Compassionate and efficient

Both our beautiful Siamese cats died unexpectedly in the space of 6 months earlier this year. Everyone we spoke to in the course of our 2 claims could not have been kinder or more caring.
