We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

They put people and animals first

I’ve been with manypets for years with my two dogs, and each time I’ve contacted them I’ve been overwhelmed with their kindness. My dog had major heart surgery two years ago and it came out of the blue. When I phoned manypets having never made a major claim and being so worried I felt like I was speaking to a friend, they were so kind, helpful and showed such empathy. Each time I have contacted them since, no matter what for I have been touched by their response. Now as my dogs condition worsens and he enters palliative care they have been such a support. I have and will continue to shout my recommendation for manypets loudly and frequently and I for one won’t go anywhere else any time soon. I also visited a DogFest event recently, and we noticed although it was sponsored by them, they took the extra mile with the staff who were wonderful and the activities for the dogs, it seemed much more than just putting their name as a sponsor, they were involved and cared - which is how I see them as insurers. I just can’t see any other insurer who deserves this more. Insurance has this persona of being obstructive and unhelpful, and that’s been my experience with other providers across different areas of insurance. Manypets simply blow them out of the water and they all pale into insignificance. Thank you so very much for what you do. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

They do what they say!

I have been with many pets for over 3 years. Unfortunately I had to make a claim after my cat was really ill and almost died. She was moved to an amazing hospital who saved her life. Through out the process I spoke to Many Pets who were empathetic and were so helpful. My claim was paid within a week or so without any further stress. I have never know a company, let alone an insurance company that do what they say. Thank you Many Pets, you really are a great team. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Always very helpful and claims have been dealt with efficiently and paid out very quickly. Process very easy and straightforward, everything can be done online but when I needed to speak to someone they were very friendly and explained what I needed to know. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Many Pets have been stars!

My puppy had a leg problem from when he was very young, we did not know about this when we bought him. Many Pets have been amazing over the last year and have not debated or made the claims difficult, they have recognised the hard time it has been for us and made this a lot easier. Our insurance premium has gone up a little, but not a lot, and in general we have not had a single problem. Thank you many pets! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Everything an insurance company should be

Their website is so easy to use both to purchase a plan and to make a claim. The plans they offer are documented clearly and easy to understand. Communication is friendly and helpful and most importantly when you need to claim, your claim is handled with no fuss, no drama and no ‘dancing round the handbag’ trying to find ways not to pay out.
