Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Friendly & understanding at a stressful time

When your pet is seriously ill or injured it is such a relief to speak to friendly and helpful people who then do all the work for you with the claim so that you can concentrate on your pet. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Wonderful

No issues with claim being paid out

Extremely well priced for the amount of cover provided

I haven't had to claim yet (thankfully) but the option to pay slightly more each month and receive cash back at the end of the year (provided you don't claim) is a MASSIVE bonus. I spent ages looking for insurance that didn't have an excess for every claim and manypets was the only insurer I could find that was affordable each month and only had an excess on the first claim. I am very impressed so far and can only hope if I do need to claim, they will continue providing excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
