Quick, trouble free payment of claims

I have been unfortunate to have a sick dog that went downhill over several months. Every vet claim was payed very promptly even the larger ones. The staff whom I spoke to when I rang, were sympathetic and kind, and sent a lovely card of condolence when my dear Gethin eventually died. My other dogs are still insured by Many Pets, and I'm confident I will have the same experience of efficiency and concern should I need to make a claim for them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Can’t recommend this company enough. Great customer service, claims portal is super easy to navigate for me and my vet. It’s been a stressful year with my dog and many pets have really helped to take the financial worry away for us so I can just focus on his health. We have had to make a few claims, around 5-6 with our English Bulldaog and Bengal cat. Excellent service from start to finish. Their payouts have been quick and efficient. Awesome customer services. Premiums have risen, but that is to be expected. I have recommended to friends and family, who have also stated they have received exceptional service.
