Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fast settlement and easy to use

ManyPets we amazing when our last dog passed away and there was no question that we would cover our new fur baby with them. Great customer service and very fast settlement. If only all insurance companies were like ManyPets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Helpful and prompt

I got pet insurance when we re-homed a rescue dog. I’ve needed to use the insurance once for accidental ingestion of raisins and found Many Pets to be helpful, understanding and prompt. There was an issue with part of my claim but after I highlighted this I had a comprehensive apology and the matter was resolved immediately. I am very happy with the service provided. Efficient,Professional and Fair
