Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Spot On Pet Insurance

Claims are sorted very fast you aint waiting for weeks for a claim to be paid I’ve submitted a claim twice with no problems at all and have been paid the very next day unless its a weekend and then its paid the very next working day but thats to be expected. 5* insurer Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best pet insurers EVER!

Have had to claim several times for our mischievous pup, from accidents through to esting things he shouldn't, and every time the claim process has been smooth, easy and incredibly quick, with payments often made same day! Level of cover is excellent and very competitively priced too. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent customer Service, very caring

We lost out dog a year back to cancer. We were very upset and the customer team took charge of everything for us and dealt with the vet and paid the claims direct. We now have another dog and because of the good service we got we insured againwith Many Pets and will continue to do that going forward Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Easy to claim!

This is my first ever pet insurance and I have been very happy with them. We had to make a claim and it was really easy. You just fill out the online form and they do the rest. We had no issues at all and are very happy with the service. I also spoke to an advisor before making a claim to be sure we were covered and the person on the phone was lovely and helpful.
