Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Straightforward peace of mind

Our dog had a grass seed in his foot and needed it removed under sedation. ManyPets has such a simple online claims process that I claimed via my phone the same evening as the procedure and it was approved the next morning. All my interactions with the team and website have been pleasant and efficient. Nothing in the market comes close

My dog was in the vet at 10am. By 3.00pm the claim was settled. Send a picture of the bill and it’s all done. So simple. This is the future of pet insurance. Everyone else is playing catch-up. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

In the worst of times they prevailed.

Many pets have been instrumental in providing a comprehensive and heart warming service, when as a person or family your only concern is of your pet, whether that be treatment, diagnosis or bereavement there customer service and policy were, are truly exceptional and I would whole heartedly recommend them without reservation in any way.
