They provide one of the most comprehensive covers at a reasonable price. Our claims were settled quickly, without any hassle and our monthly price actually went down slightly upon renewal of the contract. Reviewed on: 25th September 2021

My puppy has had several health issues in the first year of his life. I’ve claimed for every vet visit and have received payments from Bought by Many very quickly. I made one claim at the beginning of a week and the money was in my bank by the Friday. What more could you ask for from an insurance company? Reviewed on: 24th September 2021

I have in the past been with other pet insurers, big names as well but I have to say Brought By Many is a great insurer and offers alot more than just the insurance. I would highly recommend them for one of the best loves in your world....your pet. Reviewed on: 24th September 2021

Claim made for my dogs teeth. Payment was speedy and communication was great. Updates about where along the process my claim was and no squabbling over what was covered by the policy. I've been with Bought By Many for about 3 years and can vouch that they have provided cost-competitive and excellent comprehensive cover for my Golden Retriever on several occasions. My experience is that they are genuinely committed to what's best for the pet rather than what's the cheapest treatment cost. And a key benefit for the customer is the insurer's efficiency in handling a claim: a simple on line application by the customer initiates a claim then the insurer deal directly with the vet to process it, saving the customer time, hassle and stress. Peace of mind

Bought by many was recommended to me before I collected my border collie pup giving them the peace of mind with their online vet. I took the advice and insuranced my pup. My pup was only 5months when she became ill and I booked an appointment with the online vet. I was delighted to find out I could choose the vet and the time of my choice. The vet looked at her and ask me a few questions about her and recommended a course of action saying phone back anytime if I didn't have a positive response. My pup was back to normal in 5days.
