Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

First Class Service

Bought By Many is by far the best provider of insurance for pets. Whenever we have had any issues with our dog we have always relied on bought by many to help us out. They provide a quick and efficient service and it takes the worry out of a visit to the vet. I can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 19th September 2021

A faultless service

My dogs have had many ongoing health problems. All vets payments have been made promptly and are paid directly to the vet so I do not have to pay upfront. The monthly fee is very reasonable for the service I am receiving and I am kept informed of payments made to the vet. Reviewed on: 19th September 2021

Excellent

Bought By Many are by far the best pet insurance. Easy to use on line claim form and kept up to date on how the claim is progressing by text message and email. Prompt payments even through the pandemic. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

Simply Amazing!

I did alot of research to find a really good pet insurance when we got our puppy, Mollie. I found Bought by Many and to be honest the cover and monthly cost all seemed to good to be true but all of the reviews were good so I chose them. I chose well! They are simply amazing. The cover is fantastic, the customer service and claim process is impeccable and on top of that there’s the free access to the First Vet app which I’ve used in an extremely stressful situation when Mollie swallowed a sock! And of course there’s the refer a friend reward scheme too which I’ve also benefitted from and so did my niece. I can’t recommend Bought By Many, highly enough. They definitely deserve the 5 stars. Does the job fantastic value for money!

My saint Bernard pup was in dyer need of a treatment for an ear infection when she was young. Bought by many without any questions asked paid out to my chosen veterinary surgeon to carry out the treatment. I'll never not put a pet with bought by many as they are so great. Great insurance company

I’ve been with Bought By Many insurance now for 3 years and have always received a great service. This year was the first time I had to make a claim and it was very easy and handled very efficiently, to which the full claim (minus excess) was paid out.
