We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Good customer service. Claim dealt with quickly.

I have had 2 claims for my 2 dogs dealt with quickly with no hassle & money refunded to my account. Chester had eaten chocolate & had to be taken to out of hours emergency vet. Claim was settled within 20 days. My other dog teddy had to have lumps removed & sent for tests , while under anaesthetic he also had his teeth descaled. No quibble at all & money refunded quickly. So easy to use

My dog has ongoing allergy problems, for which I’ve had to claim for on an almost monthly basis , it is so easy to claim , telephone calls are answered promptly, or alternatively you can fill in an online form , you are constantly updated on the stage of your claim , money is paid directly to the vet , couldn’t be any easier , my vet practice always says how fantastic my insurance is .
