My dachshund puppy dislocated its knee and needed general anaesthetic X-ray Analgesics and then a course of K Laser treatment over several weeks to help heal the injury Bought by Many were incredible and dealt with the situation quickly and without additional stress I was so impressed I recommended them to all my friends and family They are just superb ! Not the cheapest

Bought by Many is not the cheapest pet insurance,but you do get what you sign up for,only once needed to claim,for my Labrador Ellie,there was no quibble as soon as they received the paperwork payment was made.They deserve the Vote Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

First class service and deal

Becoming unaffordable

At the time I got my dog BBM was by far the cheapest insurance out there for the level of cover you get. At £58 a month it was still pricey but I was happy to pay given the good reviews etc However every year since it has gone up at least £20 a month. I'm now at the point where it's not going to be affordable next year at this rate. I stay with them only because I have spent so much money now, in my mind it would be a waste to move providers. Customer service is good, the people are always friendly and helpful, however the company is unable to provide details on how they calculate the monthly rise of insurance each year, apparently an outside company gather the information for them? I think they should be able to provide users with the numbers, especially when the monthly rise last year was over £30 a month. I've made 1 claim for less than £60, and it became a bit of a drama as they needed more information from the vet, then they decided to refund me anyway, but not without sending a passive aggressive message stating it was a one off and any future claims would require all information before any refund would be given. Probably standard, but definitely unecessary. The 1 brilliant thing is that you get to use the first vet App, which I have a few times, it's so amazing especially if you live quite rural and just have concerns. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Emergency surgery
