We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very fast payout!!

Made a claim late Friday pm, advised that as I wanted BBM to contact my vet there would be a delay of up to 3 weeks. No problem as long as I knew. I was amazed to have an email confirmation less than 48 hours confirming acceptance of claim - and the money was in my account too!! Over a weekend and during COVID!! Well done! Peace of Mind

Took out a lifetime policy. It is so good to know your pet is covered for whatever life brings. Zeus had a complete hip replacement while still a pup and it’s good to know he is still covered for this and any other complaints in years to come. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Brilliant pet insurer

I've been insuring my dog since he was a pup. Never had any issues making a claim. Everything is done online and regular updates regarding claims are given via text messaging which is reassuring to be kept in the loop and that you are not forgotten. Leader of the pack in pet health insurance

I have had bought by many pet insurance for my dog for a few years now and in that time sadly she’s had many health issues. Bought by Many have been consistently supportive and efficient in processing my claims for her vet bills. They have been a life line for us.
