Amazing insurance company!

Bought by many were great when my dog had to have emergency surgery. It was easy to make a claim with them and they worked with my vet to sort out the payment meaning that I could focus on helping my dog recover. Really friendly team who genuinely care about their customers! Nothing but good things to say about them! Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

There when we needed you

We were away Friday m home when our dog had an accident & required surgery. As soon as said our insurance was Bought by Many they assured us everything would be dealt with effectively & efficiently; and it was. Thank you. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

I have recommended bbm to all of my friends and family. Our dachshunds was struck with ivdd twice in the space of a fee months. Bought By Many paid straight to our vets with no added questions, no pressure, no arguments and we would have been very stuck if we weren't insured! One less worry

Brought by Many came through for me last year! At the time I had 2 dogs and between them I had 3 incidents (injury and illness) within just a few short weeks. Super stressful times but the one thing I didn't have to worry about was the cost of their veterinary care. The claims process is simple and painless and claims were paid directly to the vets leaving me with one less worry during those stressful times. Service is excellent! Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Even though I never claimed the prices kept going up and up each year in excess of 30% sometimes. They blamed the vets. Couldn't sustain a policy that costed £17 per month at the start and 3 years years on I was paying £42 per month and in that time I had only claimed once Reviewed on: 16th September 2021
