Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I can't praise Bought By Many enough for the service we and our gorgeous Cavapoo have received over the last 3 years. Competitive premiums and no fuss claims procedures tells us we made the right choice in trusting this company with our precious pet. 5 star dog cover

Can’t recommend them enough and have done to numerous family, friends and colleagues. Always pleasant, professional and very efficient when dealing with claims. Although we sadly lost one of our beautiful, beloved Labrador’s earlier this year to intestinal lymphoma, it was peace of mind knowing that we didn’t have to worry about the cost of numerous vet bills throughout. Confidence They will look after your most loved pets
