Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The best

I have all of my dogs insured with Bought By Many and over the past couple of years have had to make some claims as 2 of them are now over 10 years old - always been helpful and can't fault them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Best dog insurance

Over the years I had various dog insurances, but for past 3 years I have Bought by many. It’s by far the most efficient and well organised insurance company. The staff is great. Easy to claim and claims are handled very professionally. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Super easy peace of mind insurance

We use bought by many for our 3 cats and have had to claim a few times for varying reasons. The process has always been super easy and fast. Best of all it’s very adorable with a great amount of cover! I always recommend BBM to friends and can’t see us ever needing to change our pet insurance provider. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Great service

Excellent service - always!

We’ve had insurance with Bought By Many for almost 4 years now & I cannot rate them highly enough. Over the years between our 2 naughty dogs & 1 troublesome cat, we’ve had a variety of claims.
