No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. I would recommend anyone to try them, I am sure they will be plesantly surprised. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Great cover and efficient

I have 3 dogs with many pets. 2 have needed multiple claims for expensive operations. Many pets made the claims process easy, did not quibble or look for loopholes and generally were very quick paying out for vet treatment. Once the same day others within a couple of weeks. Their policy booklet is more comprehensive covering more hidden costs that other insurers generally don't like emergency vet fees and complementary treatments among others. Additionally they are happy to accept the breeds I have as lots of companies don't insure rottweilers or akitas. They always ask how the dogs are whenever I call too! The claim does increase significantly each year however, we have claimed alot. They are very honest though and even refunded part of the policy whenever changes like postcode or castration brought thr cost down Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

ManyPets helped our 7 year old pug beat cancer.

ManyPets were there for us this year when our dog, 7 year old pug Smith, was diagnosed with Lymphoma. He underwent four rounds of chemotherapy and is now cancer free, but we couldn't have done it without ManyPets. They handled our claims professionally, liaising with our vet directly which minimised the work for us at a very stressful time. The only downside was that the claims sometimes took up to 2 months to settle, despite each claim being a continuation of his existing condition. However, Smith is happy and healthy now, and doesn't need to go back for further treatment unless something recurs. It would not be this way without ManyPets. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
