Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic, would 100% recommend

We have had to submit a number of claims for our pooch (nothing too serious, thankfully). Bought by Many make it super easy and keep you updated throughout the process. Quality cover, would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Good insurer

Although claim payments are a little slow, there is no problem with the process. My dog broke his leg and Bought by Many is the only pet insurer I could find who will, after a period of two years, re-insure that leg. Fortunately 4 years on, my dog's leg is fine. No fuss pet insurance

Quick and easy to use ,payments settled without quibble direct to my bank account or direct payment to vet. Lovely telephone mannersof staff always goes the extra mile to make sure they sort things out to ease your mind when times are hard enough when you have a sick pet. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
