Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Prompt & efficient

I have had one small claim since being with Bought byMany for my dog who had a painful dermatitis. He needed sedating before treatment. Bought by Many paid my vets bill promptly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Easiest claims process ever.

I’ve been using Bought By Many for a few years now, the prices are amazing and also being able to move insurance companies with a dog with previous health issues has been very helpful. Even though she has had no issues for the previous cruciate surgeries years ago my previous insurer increased policy charges every year and nobody else would consider taking her on. I’ve got 3 labradors insured with BBM, have only made one claim so far and the online process was very easy. I’ve also had the benefit of cash back for no claims on the other policies. Quick hassle free insurer

I’ve been insuring pets for 20 years with some well known companies, but when I needed them they weren’t there. So I decided to try the new kids on the block, hoping I would never need them. Alas, a year or so in my cat was savaged by a fox. I thought I would lose her. With a hefty heart and bill I contacted bought by many. Wow!! They were fantastic. Everything was so simple. In my haste to get my cat treatment I didn’t get it authorised by them. But that was no problem. They understood I had to make the decision quickly to save her. ‘Just send us the bill’ they said. So I did. And in less than a week they paid out. So easy. So efficient. I have used the free vet video consultation 3 times in 18 months. What a great service. And did I mention it’s free? All 3 of my cats are insured with bbm and I have recommended them to all my customers (I’m a cat sitter). Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Simply the best

I have had pet insurance from a number of providers for the past 20 years and for the last 4 of those with Bought by Many. They have been easy to deal with during this time and their systems enable quick consideration and processing of claims. They’ve been the best pet insurance company I’ve been with. All you would hope to have and need if needed

I’ve insured my dog Finn for the past few years with Bought By Many. I find them competitive, easy to use and deal with, and straightforward to communicate with.
