We ve got many pets and over the years I’ve had experience with various insurance companies, but I have to say bought by many has come up trumps! Excellent choice of cover and at an excellent price .Wouldn’t go back to any others now . Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Had an issue with our dog. Contacted bought by many who liaised directly with the vets and paid more than originally claimed for after reviewing his vet files. Quick, simple, and always kept up to date. Second puppy will be insured with these also. And great discounts for an extra dog. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

I have had Luba a rescue dog for 3 years and in that time she had had a torn cruciate fixed, meniscus clean up, twice needed urgent treatment due to eating choc and grapes, and not once have Bought By Many queried payment and the increase in monthly payemevery year are barely noticeable. We always pay insurance but rarely need it. The thing is when you do you want it to be the best and do what it needs to for you. We had exactly this with our dog Watson who became extremely ill, BOUGHT BY MANY couldn’t have been better, took all the stress away from dealing with the claim and went direct to our vet and just kept updating as and when they had news. No upsetting discussions, no stressy phone calls just a totally empathetic person who did everything and kept in touch. Cannot recommend these guys more fully, they are the best. Exceeds expectations

Our boy Rollo had an issue with his hips and each month we had to buy medication. Before this he needed x rays and health checks. Each time we claimed it was fast and efficient. Staff were always the nicest and most helpful on the phone. Even at the hardest part of dealing with the finances of losing Rollo I felt they couldn't of done better. Honestly wouldn't choice I different insurance for my pets going forward. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
