Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent allround

I have two Labradors insured with Bought by Many. Claimed recently for two different issues the claim is all online and super easy. Once the vet sends history through it’s settled straight away. Very easy and would recommend Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Great pet insurance company

Definitely my favourite thing about having a sick cat!

Ok, so there's nothing else that's actually good about having a sick cat, so there's not much competition - but! Bought By Many are excellent. Their website is super user-friendly and the language is clear and informative; their customer service is efficient, friendly and reassuring; the access to 24-hr video vet consultations is invaluable; claims are a doddle; payment is super fast.
