In addition to being good value pet insurance, what I like about Bought By Many is their approach to settling claims. I cannot fault Bought by Many we have a pooch who has been beset with health problems and is on various medications daily all covered by our policy. Invoices are settled promptly and if there has been any delay, even during covid, it’s usually been at the Vets end not the Bought by Many team. I recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance you can’t go wrong!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Best Pet Insurance ever!

I have been with BBM since we got our Pup Frenchie at 12 weeks old, the last 4 years have been a rollercoaster of problems for our pooch. He had two lots of surgery and one poisoning incident all in which BBM have paid out for, no quarrel or delays at all! They even sent Stitch a get well soon card after his first major op, which I thought was such a touching thing to do. Honestly I will never change from BBM as I know they have your pets best interest at heart. The customer service is second to none as is the level of cover and premiums. I’m willing to pay a little more for gold star service. Well done Bought by Many !! Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Absolutely wouldn't get pet insurance anywhere else

Been with 'bought by many' since getting my lhasa apso nearly 4 years ago In 2018 I had to make a substantial claim because ralph had a tumour in his right ear, bought by many where absolutely brilliant , sorted all the financial side of his care out, I really can't thank them enough, they made a very worrying time so much easier. And have been surprised with my renewal quotes because its hardly increased and I'm in my 4th year with them.. highly recommended Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
