Superb service

Full cover for a competitive price. Their insurance has proved invaluable as I have had occasion to claim 3 times for my dog and each time, the service has been excellent and the bills paid promptly and without issue. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Although we haven’t needed to claim (thank god) we find BBM really easy to set up and looks easy to claim if you have to. Heard from friends who are with them also that when they’ve claimed there’s never been an issue. Love that they have the vets available on video all also Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
