Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy to claim

We’ve been with BBM for 2 years + , my first claim took a while to pay out and then it was paid into the wrong account BUT it was sorted very quickly, my second claim was dealt with quickly and with minimal fuss at all . It was very easy to claim !! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Great efficient and caring friendly service at a great price
