Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

easy to make a claim, great communication during claim

had to make ongoing claims for one of our dogs, have been very reassured by how the claims have been dealt with. Insurance is not cheap for 3 dogs (2 over the age of 9) but the reassurance it gives knowing they will be able to get treatment they need is brilliant Reviewed on: 19th September 2020

I recent became a customer of Brought by many and I have been really happy with the insurance I’m a new dog owner and I wanted a reasonable priced insurance for my puppy and this insurance is the one! No upfront cost for vet bills and money back within weeks! They have a wonderful customer service team that was very helpful for me when I rang about claiming my dogs first vet bill money back and have recommended the insurance to many friends and family as the prices are very reasonable especially for new dog owners! Prompt and efficient service

Happy customer

No Hassle
