Hassle free insurance claims

My dog is prone to Eye Ulcers. I have never had an issue with any claims. In fact I just raise a case and BBM do all the work liaising with the vets directly. Amazingly hassle free. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Customer service is 5 star

Have claimed twice for surgery on my poorly dog. All it took was a phone call to register a claim and the customer service team dealt directly with my vet to settle the claim. Cannot rate this company for their professionalism highly enough. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
