Always helpful when needed, and really fair priced. They send you reminder emails about anything to do with your account so you don’t even need to think about things. Would recommend as a pet insurance provider. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Professional company that covers pre existing conditions.

I moved to bought by many when my premiums went really high with another insurer after my dogs operation claim. They were the only company to cover pre- existing conditions. My dog has just had an operation for the same condition and the customer service was clear and understanding. A professional company I’d recommend to others. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I think that Bought By Many are the best pet insurance provider that has provided me with seven years of no excess fees. Also when I have spoken to any of staff on the phone they have been most helpful, polite and professional so I couldn’t ask for any better! Once again I would say this is by far the best pet insurance provider in the UK. Thank you so much for your service and peace of mind for my very important pet cat that I cherish. Thanks again!
