From start to finish it couldn't have been easier to arrange the policy. I get amazing cover at an excellent price and I got access to a number of perks including a free dog first aid course and video consultation with a vet! Simply the Best

Having been a Customer of a number of different Insurance Companies in the past, it was a breath of fresh air to find Bought by Many, not only fair premiums with a choice of excesses and levels of cover, but an easy to understand web site. I hope that I don't have to actually use my policy, but my 2 cats are members of the family and as such it is reassuring to know that I have bought great Insurance for them. I’m new to Bought by Many, i was recommenced by other cat owners on facebook. The call centre staff were very helpful and pleasant when I first rang them. Follow up info and follow up documents all e mailed very quickly. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best Ever Pet Insurance!

Having used various insurance companies over my many years of pet ownership (including some of the larger, well known ones), Bought by Many were recommended to me by my Aunt. I’d not then heard of them, but going on both my Aunt’s recommendation and their online reviews, I decided to give them a try. I wasn’t disappointed! They have very clear, concise policy documents, an excellent choice of plans and the easiest claims process I’ve experienced. I’ve submitted several claims for both of my dogs and these were all easily claimed for online and all were settled successfully. Bought by Many really understand what a pet owner’s looking for with insurance. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
