Free 24/7 Online Vet access

I have used the free online vet service that comes with our dog policy several times now and was very happy with the experiences. I feel like our dog has the best cover possible for a reasonable price with several extras. Only had one claim so far which even in pandemic times was dealt with swiftly. I work with a dog rescue and so many times I heard the adopters say that they had chosen Bought by Many as their insurer. I decided to have a look and managed to reduce my premiums by over £12 a month and increase my cover from 2 to £7,000. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great company and even better when your pet needs help quickly.

We have been with Bought by Many since December 2017 and this was the first time we had ever insured our dogs. You don't know how good a company is until you need help. In 2019 our Black Lab (Jack) was very ill and needed medical help quickly. We contacted Bought by Many hoping we wouldn't have a battle on our hands and they were brilliant from that very first call they were empathetic and dealt direct with the Vet and the hospital. The cost was horrendous but the cover we had was the best. It took nearly 12 months for Jack to get better but he is still monitored regularly still. The people at Bought by Many are pet owners too and it shows. Well done to all of them. We have recommended them to family and friends who also have had nothing but positive outcomes.
