Free 24/7 vet care has been brilliant

Whilst we've not had to use our insurance providers (touch wood!) their offer of 24/7 digital vet care has already been brilliant and would recommend to anyone considering insurance. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

A great insurance company

I had never insured our lovely Golden Retriever 'Rosie' and we ended up paying for a couple of essential operations for her. We sadly lost her at the beginning of this year but decided to rescue our gorgeous girl Nell. Nell could never replace Rosie, but we absolutely adore her and she seems very happy to be living here rather than Romania where she was born. Not knowing much about her background I wanted to insure her and I came across Bought by Many. The way I applied for a quote was so very easy that it made me hopeful. I was given simple choices on different levels of cover to choose from. I opted for a cash back plan which seemed like such a good idea to me. I have not had to claim (thankfully) yet, but have every confidence that it would be dealt with fairly and efficiently. So far I can recommend them very highly. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Since getting our dog 7 years ago we have, unfortunately had to contact the company on several occasions and there has never been an issue. The claim process is quick and easy and settlement has followed in a few days. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Easy claim procedure

I had to make a claim and the claim form was very quick and easy to fill in. I also had regular updates as to what stage the claim was at. I was very happy with how little hassle it all was. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very impressed with the level of cover and made a huge saving from previous provider.

I haven't had to claim yet, thankfully. But feel confident that they will take care of my pets needs. Only one thing, I have recommended to others and haven't been able to accept the benefit via email., so lost out there. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
