Simple, fast claim system

Simple steps to make a claim. Payment of claim very quick. Renewal price went down instead of an increase like most insurance companies, which is based on your claims throughout the year. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

The price when i took out the insurance was good value but over the years the price shot up from £43 + a month to £55+ a month and I haven't claimed. My dog is a 6 year old Labrador retriever Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

It's easy to give a good rating for how a company deal with you when setting up insurance but the real test always comes if you have to submit a claim. Sadly we did have to last year and I was really impressed with how the claim was handled and the communication throughout. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

After being disappointed with our first dog insurance provider for raising premiums significantly despite not having made a claim, I did a good deal of online research before choosing Bought By Many who were providing exceptional levels of cover at very competitive prices. Unfortunately we have since had to make claims for an ongoing skin condition which our dog developed and I can only praise the level of service we have received. The claims process is very simple, with prompt payment of veterinary bills. We were anxious we may see a sharp increase in premiums on renewal, but this hasn't been the case, with a modest and fair increase. I can only praise the level of service and always recommend Bought by many to family and friends. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Luna little staff

Used video call several times when my little luna was ill. Vets were simply amazing. I pay for no excess and my bill was sorted without my input, so I could just concentrate on my puppy. The features and choices within the various policies means you can select a policy that is exactly right for you and your pet. Plus all policies include free 24/7 video vet calls with FirstVet. Maybe not the cheapest pet insurance on the market but value for money is unbeatable. Simply the best! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

They've got it covered

We were surprised and delighted at the comprehensive cover on offer from Bought By Many and at such a reasonable price. We've already recommended it to a number of friends and family.
