Fantastic comprehensive cover

Bought by many offer such a fantastic cover for pets, I was pleasantly surprised whilst reading the fine print about all the little extras they cover that I didn't expect. They are helpful and friendly on the phone, and offer a fantastic policy with brilliant cover amounts for reasonable prices. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Easy to use, prompt - would highly recommend!

I have no experience using pet insurance companies in the past and choosing the right one for my rescue dog and myself was a long process. I spoke to many other pet owners and read forums, Bought By Many was highly recommended by everybody. Due to a food-related accident recently, my rascal of a rescue needed an emergency vet visit. The claims process was extremely easy and I never had to pay out of pocket. After submitting the claim, they communicated directly with my vet to pay the bill. Stress Free Pet Insurance

Getting my first dog I researched various insurance policies before deciding on Bought by Many. When Tia needed an operation the vet contacted them directly and BBM dealt with everything so quickly. I was a bit worried as I'd never had to deal with this but I needn't have worried. Would highly recommend BBM. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent customer service, communication and coverage

I have been very happy with bought by many's pet insurance for my cat. Granted my dealings have been minimal so far but I have made one claim and found the coverage to be very fair. I really appreciate the transparency/communication about my policy and claims and the customer service has also been easy to reach and kind. I can't really complain and would recommend them! policy went up by 21%. queried this and received a generic response. asked for details pertaining directly to my policy and 2 weeks later no response other than telling me they'd get back to me. have cancelled. (no claims were made on the policy). Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
