We have a young dog and after checking through the updated policy details we decided to renew our policy to begin our 2nd year of pet insurance with Bought By Many. The policy premiums have increased by around £2 per month but this is expected as all insurance tends to increase with inflation. We receive various offers and information throughout the year and they have kept in touch throughout the coronavirus pandemic. The policy offers us everything we need for our pet and we carried out extensive research before finding a policy that suits. I would definitely recommend Bought By Many. Company I had used for years would not insure our new puppy after he had to have life saving surgery the emergency vet recommended we try bought by many who were happy to insure our cocker spaniel and were as good as their word when six months later we had to claim when stomach condition flared up again resulting in more surgery. They made sure our vets completed paper work quickly and kept me informed each step of the way with how my claim was progressing including when I would receive payment directly into my bank. We got this insurance As we have a senior cat and it was a very reasonable price especially for what benefits you get. Especially the FirstVet app, throughout lockdown our little lady had some issues and being able to have access to that in a world where you couldn’t speak to your own vet face to face was amazing, thankfully haven’t had to make a claim with them yet but they’re honestly just an amazing insurance provider Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
