I always say an insurance company is only as good as your first claim. All i can say is i had excellent service when i had to claim and very prompt payout. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process as straight forward as possible. I have recommended bought by many to a work colleague who has since taken out insurance with them. My dog had eaten a hydrangea which is poisonous apparently, I was distraught but having people that were understanding and above all making you feel like you mattered was really nice from an insurance company. Claim resolved as quickly as it could be in these times. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic comprehensive cover

I was so unsure which insurance provider to go for and how much cover to get. The fact that boughtbymany offers such a high level of cover and because this is my first puppy I wanted to ensure I didn’t have to pay a lot in vet fees. The premium was more than I was expecting but for the amount of cover it is giving me peace Of mind. I accessed the 24/7 online video vet service today and was overwhelmed with how professional, easy to use and brilliant This service is. I would definitely be recommending boughtbymany. Having enjoyed the privilege of owning dogs most of my life and having to buy expensive insurance which got more expensive year by year Finding Bought By Many is a breath of fresh air i have been with now for 2 years and have been unfortunate to have had to make a number of claims How ever a quick phone call allows my vet to claim direct i just have to give an update for continued treatment so simple others in the industry can learn a lot from Bought By Many Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
