Loved the vet consultation

So didn’t realise the cover came with a face time to actual vet which saved us hundred’s if pounds in emergency costs as vet was able to advise over the phone . Very easy to claim on line without having the bother of form filling and waiting on the vet to send in claim. Kept informed of progress of claim and quickly completed. Policy benefits and exclusions are clearly set out. I am a very happy owner knowing my two dogs are covered in case of accident or illness. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Fantastic service that took away the worry

We had not long changed insurers to Bought By Many when unfortunately our beloved dog became unwell. Following surgery at the specialist referral centre, our claim was handled promptly by Bought By Many.
