Very helpful, fast payout

My Romanian rescue dog, unbeknown to me, was carrying a really heavy worm burden. He became really poorly very quickly. Bought by many guided me through the claim process and paid out really quickly. I made a claim after my cat was attacked and they paid up without any fuss and always kept me informed during every step of the process. They also cover dental, which many pet insurers do not. Their premiums are also very reasonable. Good customer service. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
