Amazing Service

Our little pup has been through quite a lot the last few months and thanks to Brought by Many pet insurance we gave not had to worry one bit. When we put our original claim in we were told it would be resolved with in 3-5 weeks but was done a lot quicker and our last claim was resolved within a week. I went with BBM as I had heard great thing and they policy price was reasonable. I work for a veterinary group so understand the importance of good insurance. I sadly lost one of my cats this year and the empathy I received was lovely they organised everything I didn't have to do anything. It was such a simply and fast process. They aim to pay out your claim quickly. They are so easy to use and put claims in without the hassle of lots of information as they do that for you. I had to bring my puppy for some unexpected visits and tests. After some initial back and forth (due to my own vets being slow to respond) bought by many paid out quickly and their communication was excellent.
