Best Pet Insurance on the market!

We struggled to find a good insurance company for our pets that provided good coverage for a price we could afford before Bought by Many. But now we've found just that in them. Their insurance offers a great cover at reasonable prices and the best part is that if you need to use them, then its no stress. We simply had to put a claim in and they did the rest! They liaised with our vets and paid them directly. Their customer service is first class and I would thoroughly recommend them and nominate them for this award! 5 stars! What an amazing company each time I have had to make a claim I have received 5 star service and I could not fault them. From start to finish they make it so easy and keep you up to date the whole way through. The staff are friendly and informative and make you feel stress free. I won’t be changing my insurance company and I have recommended them to everyone I know who has a pet or thinking or getting one. Again 5 star rating. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Good value and claim experience.

As a relatively new customer I had to make a claim. The claim was settled promptly. Will need to see the extent to which claims effect the renewal premium but given that the premium was nearly half of that of previous insurer has to be good value. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
