Easy and efficient claims process and great video vet service for free

We have our 2 Bengal cats insured with Bought by Many and we recently claimed for Jack who had an abscess on his stomach. I used the video vet service when I realized he was not well and I was speaking to a vet in 15 minutes. The transcript is then provided to Bought by Many. Making to claim was quick and easy and once the information had been provided by our vets the claim was quite quickly approved and paid.
