Excellent Customer Service with Experienced Staff on the end of the phone

I’ve had a really efficient experience with Brought By Many, so much so I renewed our policy and have already recommended them to friends and family. Staff are friendly, available and submitting a claim was so easy and straightforward, no extra requests for information or delaying tactics, the text message updates let you know the claim is important and being processed. I shopped around having been deterred by previous provides for their stinging annual price hikes. Having researched the various option on several comparison websites, this offered the best value.
