Had not so good experience with previous Pet Insurance Company, so initially phoned Bought by Many to enquire if they covered all I required for my cat's cover. Was told that all I required was covered and the premium was less too. Very knowledgable call handlers, not pushy sales staff. Pleasure to do business with. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Spent a long time deliberating which company to choose. Bought by many had by far the best options for cover available. A family member has their pet insured by bought by many and was unbiased in their views, but I had already made up my mind that BBM was the most comprehensive and sensible in the market.
